The use of:
Mainly used for sand and sand removal equipment to remove the slurry mixture of sand and water separation, in order to facilitate the transport.
The working principle and structure
Using the screw rotation, the sand gradually pushed to the exit, fall into the car, complete the slurry separation process.
The spiral sand water separator is mainly composed of a driving device, a U type groove, a spiral body, a water tank and a lining strip.
The performance characteristics:
1 separation efficiency as high as 96%-98%, can be separated from the particle size of 0.2mm particles;
2 the use of non shaft screw conveyor, water in the bearings, light weight, easy maintenance;
3 using the latest reducer, compact structure, stable operation, convenient installation;
4 U type groove lined with flexible wear-resistant lining, low noise, easy to replace;
5 the whole machine is simple to install, easy to operate.
